Anastasia Linthwaite, Lawyer and Notary Public

Anastasia is a civil litigation lawyer who has represented companies of all sizes, small business owners, and individuals in a diverse range of legal matters. She has experience in litigation, mediation and alternative dispute resolution in cases involving contract law, commercial leasing, construction, negligence and professional liability, real property, product liability, estates, and employment law.

Anastasia obtained her law degree from Dalhousie Law School in 2004.  After being called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2005 and practicing with a prominent Halifax firm, Anastasia continued her litigation practice in Toronto following her 2007 call to the Ontario Bar.  After acquiring years of experience in downtown Toronto and appearing before all levels of the Ontario courts, Anastasia now serves clients closer to home, in Burlington, Ontario.

Anastasia has effectively advocated for her clients both inside and outside the courtroom, and offers her clients clear, informed and client-oriented advice.

Anastasia is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Halton County Law Association, and the Hellenic Canadian Lawyers Association.

Anastasia lives with her husband and two daughters in Oakville, Ontario.  Anastasia is actively involved in and volunteers with her daughters’ schools and recreational activities.
