Patricia is a dedicated family lawyer with a practical, compassionate approach to resolving complex family matters. With 20 years of experience, she guides clients through issues related to divorce, custody and access, spousal and child support, division of property, the intersection of family law and business, separation agreements, marriage contracts, and cross-border family law issues with clarity and confidence.
Known for her strong negotiation skills, Patricia works to reach fair, cost-effective solutions while always advocating for the best interests of her clients and their families.
Patricia a panelist speaker for the Mandatory Information Program and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. She has successfully represented clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
