Mason Bermel, Lawyer

Mason Bermel is a corporate and real estate lawyer whose practice includes corporate and commercial law, business transactions, and residential and commercial real estate matters. He assists entrepreneurs, business owners, and individuals with incorporations, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and a broad range of corporate transactions.

Mason holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Honours) from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Legal Studies. While working at GGS Law, Mason successfully completed the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) requirements before articling with the firm and being called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.

Having worked alongside experienced corporate and real estate lawyers throughout his accreditation and articling, Mason has developed substantial practical experience in corporate and commercial matters. His experience with complex business and property transactions allows him to approach matters with a strong understanding of both the legal and commercial considerations involved, while providing clients with clear, practical, and effective legal advice.

Mason believes effective legal counsel begins with understanding each client's objectives and delivering practical, straightforward advice that empowers clients to make informed decisions with confidence. His background in client relations continues to shape his approachable style of practice and commitment to exceptional client service.

Outside the office, Mason enjoys following football and is a devoted Buffalo Bills fan. He also enjoys gaming, playing golf, watching live music, and values spending quality time with family and friends.
